I wanted to update our customers on edna.machighway.com. After several hours of searching, we’ve finally been able to identify a database error on edna.machighway.com that is causing problems with a small minority customers receiving email, as well as issues on site components that rely on MySQL to work, including some WordPress sites, forums, Joomla, etc.
Our techs are working hard to correct this issue and, as is normal with this kind of a situation, we don’t have an ETA, though we will do our best to keep you in the loop of any changes or updates on this blog post and our Facebook and Twitter.
Have a cup of coffee and surf the net while we do the heavy lifting to repair this.

EDIT: And before you even had a chance to say “Aw, C’MON!” – it appears to be fixed. It appears that a cPanel update caused some problems that are now repaired.
